MANGO SOOJI HALWA
Fixings :
  • Sooji/Rava/Semolina – 1/2 container 
  • Sugar – 1/2 container to 3/4 glass 
  • Water – 1 container 
  • Ghee – 1/3 container 
  • Ready Mangoes – 2 stripped and cubed 
  • Cashews – 10 
Strategy:

  1. Take mangoes and sugar in a blender and puree smooth.
  2. Warmth ghee in a kadai, include cashews and sear till brilliant. Presently include sooji and cook it on low warmth for 3 to 4 mins till it begins to smell wonderful. 
  3. When it is cooked, include water and blend well. Cook till it thickens. 
  4. Presently include mango puree and blend well. 
  5. Cook for couple of mins, it ought to be minimal runny or little semi fluid. When it is at that organize, kill the warmth and let it chill off.
