Ingredients :

Chicken -1kg
Turmeric Powder-1/2 tsp
Chicken Masala Powder-5tsp
Yogurt -3   tsp
Oil  -3-4 tsp
Onion - 1kg
Tomato -1/4kg
Ginger garlic Paste - 1 teaspoon
Red Chilly Powder - 1 or 2 tsp (change as indicated by your taste)
Coriander powder - 4 tbsp
Garam Masala Powder 1tbsp
Curry Leaves - 1 spring
Salt to taste

Instructions
1.Mix the turmeric powder,5tsp chicken powder,yogurd with the chicken and rest for one hour

2Take two spoon of oil on the pan

3.Three bay leaves,one dagad phool,one star anise ,two cinnamon sticks,two cloves and three green
cardmom on the oil

4.After frying the spicies add 1kg of onion with it and fry it

5.Add 1/4kg of tomato and fry finely

6.Add 1tsp of garlic and ginger paste, saute well

7.Add 1kg of rested chicken on the pan and mix well with the masala

8.1tsp of chilly powder,

9.2tsp of coriender powder.

10.Mix well with the chicken

11.Add 4glasses of water with the chicken and cook with the high flame till it cook well and garnise with the coriender leaves

12.Serve the HARIYANA chicken with lemon and onion.
