Ingredients


All purpose flour/maida - 2 cups
Salt - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbs(for kneading)
Oil - for frying

Method 


In a bowl take the generally useful flour and salt.Make a well on the flour and include the oil.Mix it well,now gradually include the water and massage it to a delicate dough.Knead it well for 3-4 minutes.

Separation the mixture into six equivalent segments and apply a tbs of oil and cover it with a clammy cloth.Let it rest for 30-45 minutes.After resting take one part of batter and utilizing a moving pin,spread it to a thin sheet.Apply a tsp of oil,now move from one like a crease.

In the wake of moving it will resemble a rope,swirl it from one end to influence a hover as shown.Now to oil the palms and marginally squeeze it and frame a 4-5 inch circle.

Warmth oil in a pan or tawa griddle,once it ends up plainly hot drop the straightened mixture into the oil.Cook it for couple of minutes in a medium flame,flip it to the opposite side and cook it till both the sides divert golden.Remove it from the oil and deplete it an on a paper towel .
