Paneer manchurian formula 



Fixings 
  • 200 grams paneer/curds 
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder 
  • Salt 
  • 4 tablespoons oil 
  • For manchurian sauce: 
  • 1 little or ½ extensive green ringer pepper, cubed 
  • 1 little or ½ extensive red ringer pepper,cubed 
  • 1 medium onion, cubed 
  • 3 tablespoons finely hacked spring onion whites 
  • 2 teaspoons finely hacked celery 
  • ½ teaspoon pulverized ginger-garlic 
  • 2 teaspoons dull or ordinary soy sauce 
  • 3 tablespoons tomato ketchup 
  • 1 teaspoon rice or typical vinegar 
  • ½ teaspoon pepper powder 
  • Salt 

Guidelines

  1. 3D shape the onion and ringer peppers. Finely hack the celery, sring onion whites. 
  2. Take paneer 3D shapes in a blending bowl and include corn flour,salt and pepper piwder. Blend and hurl well. 
  3. Shallow sear the paneer solid shapes till it somewhat changes in shading in hot oil. Expel to a plate. 
  4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil and sear ginger garlic for a moment. 
  5. Include cleaved spring onion whites, celery and saute well. 
  6. Include the cubed onions and saute till marginally changes in shading. 
  7. Include the cubed ringer peppers and saute till it shrivels somewhat. 
  8. Include soy sauce, tomato ketchup and blend well. Cook for2-3 minutes. 
  9. Season with salt,pepper and sugar. Blend well. 
  10. Include browned panerr solid shapes and blend exceptionally well. Include vinegar and cook for a minutes.

Notes 

1. Skip celery on the off chance that you don't have. 

2. Rather than tomato ketchup you can utilize 3 tablespoons tomato puree. 

3. You can include 1 teaspoon bean stew sauce alongside soy sauce
