Ice Cream Falooda Recipe



Fixings 
  • Falooda sev/Vermicelli – 1/4 glass 
  • Bubbled Milk – 1 glass ( conform) 
  • Rose quintessence – Few drops 
  • Basil seeds/sabza/takmania seeds – 3 tbsp 
  • Sugar syrup - 4 tbsp 
  • Sustenance shading – Few drops ( yellow , green or any shading) 
  • Strawberry jam – 4 tbsp 
  • Blended organic products – 1/4 container ( apple , banana , pineapple and so forth) 
  • Vanilla Ice cream - 4 scoops 
  • Slashed nuts – 1 tbsp (discretionary) 
  • Falooda glass – 2 nos 

Technique

  1. Here is a photo of falooda sev and seeds. 
  2. Plan somewhat thick sugar syrup ( gulab jamun syrup consistency) , include yellow sustenance shading and put aside. Make the strawberry jam according to the bearings given in the parcel and keep it prepared.                                                                                                                             Drench the falooda seeds in boiling point water till it bulges.Drain the overabundance water and keep aside.. 
  3. Heat up the falooda sev in milk till it cooks . Ensure it ought not be soft. After all the milk is depleted , switch off the fire and include few drops of rose quintessence, blend well and put aside. 
  4. Cut all the natural products into little pieces.. For serving , take a falooda glass , include 2 tbsp of sugar syrup in the base. At that point include 2 tbsp of splashed basil seeds on top of sugar syrup..Add 2 tbsp of cleaved organic products and nuts, falooda sev , strawberry jam on top of each other..
