- 4 boneless skinless chicken bosoms
marinade
- ½ glass plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon garam masala
- 1 tablespoon cilantro clears out
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon ginger
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Guidelines
- Whisk together all marinade fixings. Place marinade in a vast zip lock pack and include chicken bosoms. Permit to marinate no less than 30 minutes or overnight.
- Expel chicken from pack and dispose of marinade. Cook chicken on the barbecue over medium warmth 5-6 minutes on every side or until cooked through.
- Proposed serving alternatives: cooked rice, lime wedges for showering, additional cilantro, indian flatbread (naan) and mango chutney
