Spicy Chicken Fry



Fixings: 

Chicken - 6 drumsticks or 500 grams of chicken 

Egg White - from one egg 

Bread Crumbs - 4 tblspn 

Salt to taste 

Oil for profound broiling 

For Grinding: 

Shallots/Sambar Onion - 10 

Ginger - 2 creep piece 

Garlic - 10 cloves 

Curry leaves - 2 sprig 

Bean stew powder - 2 tblspn or to taste 

Coriander powder/Malli podi - 3 tblspn 

Pepper powder - 1 tsp 

Turmeric powder - 1 tsp 

Garam Masala powder - 2 tblspn 

Cumin powder - 1 tsp 

Lemon Juice - 3 tblspn 

Salt to taste 

Water - 4 tblspn or conform 

Red Food Coloring a squeeze 

Technique: 

Take chicken and make cuts in them. Sprinkle some salt over them and blend well. Placed them in a microwave safe bowl or a steamer plate and steam it on the least warmth settings for 5 mins. Uproot it and permit it to cool totally. You can steam them in steamer plate on stove beat for 5 mins.

Take all the crushing fixings in a blender and make into a fine glue.

Exchange that to a bowl. Include egg white and blend well.

Include the steamed chicken pieces and blend well. Cover it and let it marinate for a decent couple of hours in cooler.

Uproot it cooler 30 mins before singing.

Just before you broil sprinkle a few breadcrumbs and hurl well.

Warm oil for profound searing. Broil the chicken pieces till it is brilliant cocoa. It will take around 15 to 20 mins

Deplete and serve.

Notes: 

While Steaming in microwave, steam on the low warmth setting, this will make the chicken delicate and cook them only a bit. In the event that you steam on high warmth then it will cook the chicken a considerable measure and make it hard.
