Homemade Butter Recipe



Fixings required 

Drain or Milk Cream 

Blender/blender 

Super cold water 

Curd/plain yogurt - 1 tsp 

Step by step instructions to make spread at Home - Homemade Butter 
  1. When you have sufficiently gathered cream, you can make spread from it. Take the cream from the cooler, include a tsp of curd/plain yogurt and keep it out overnight or for 5-6 hours. 
  2. Following 6 hours-Place the cream in the blender/mixie/sustenance processor and include 2 some chilled water. 
  3. Run the blender for 2-3 minutes. At that point leave a crevice for a few moments and afterward run once more.                                                                                                                           Following 10-15 minutes of whipping, you will see spread gathering at the top as in the photo beneath. The fluid remaining is buttermilk. Gather the spread with an opened spoon and place it in a dish of chilled water. 
  4. Wash the spread 2-3 times in chilled water until the water is clear. Channel the water totally. Press and evacuate as much water as you can from the margarine and after that store it in a compartment.
