Fixings
Flavor Paste:
- 8 shallots, hacked
- 5 garlic cloves
- 3" handle of ginger
- 3 stems of lemongrass, white part just, meagerly cut
- 30 dried red chilies
- 1/4 measure of oil
- 2 Tbsp. of water
- 1/2 tsp of ground turmeric
Different fixings:
- 2 Tbsp. of cooking oil
- 1 Tbsp. of mustard seeds
- 3 lb of chicken, boneless, skinless, cut into nibble estimated pieces
- 3 expansive potatoes, peeled and cut into pieces
- 2 measures of chicken stock
- Salt to taste
- 2 Tbsp. of white vinegar
Arrangement
- In a nourishment processor, mix the zest glue fixings until thick and smooth. Put aside.
- In an overwhelming pot, heat two Tbsp. of oil. Include the mustard seeds and sear until fragrant. Include the greater part of the zest glue and broil until sweet-smelling, around 10 minutes. Add the chicken and mix to ensure the chicken is covered in the flavor glue. Include the potatoes. Blend to join.
- Pour in the chicken stock. Convey to bubble, lower to a stew and cover and cook for 20-25 minutes or until the potatoes are delicate.
- Salt to taste. Blend in the white vinegar. Present with rice. Trim with cilantro or parsley (discretionary). Appreciate!
