Fried Chicken Curry



Fixings 

  • Chicken - 1 kg( cut into little pieces) 
  • Cold Powder-1tsp 
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp 
  • Pepper Powder-1/2tsp 
  • Garam masala powder-1/2tsp 
  • Little onion - 15 
  • Green cold 5 
  • Ginger-huge piece 
  • Garlic-8 
  • Enormous Onion-5 
  • Tomato - 2 little (hacked) 
  • Curry leaves - 2strings 
  • Coriander leaves - 1/4cup 
  • Mint leaves - little sum 
  • Water-2cup 
  • Coconut pieces (nalikera kothu)- few 
  • Oil-for searing 

For Marination 
  • Crisp Powder-1tsp 
  • Kashmiri crisp powder-11/2tsp 
  • Turmeric powder-1/2tsp 
  • Salt-to taste 
  • Curd-1tbsp 
  • Egg-1 
  • Pepper powder-1tsp 


Strategy 
  • Take little onion ,ginger ,garlic and green chilly..Crush them and keep them aside . 
  • Marinate chicken with the fixings specified above and keep that aside for 60 minutes . 
  • After that warmth oil in a profound bottomed kadai . 
  • Sear the marinated chicken .broil till 3/fourth stage Keep browned chicken a side 
  • Heat 3tbsp of coconut oil or whatever other oil of ur decision . 
  • Sear the coconut pieces . 
  • Include the pounded little onion-ginger-garlic - green cold blend and saute them .. 
  • At that point include the cut huge onion,curry leaves,coriander leaves ,mint leaves and saute them alongside the onion blend 
  • Include salt 
  • Saute them till it get to be cocoa in shading 
  • Presently include cold powder ,turmeric powder,garam masala powder and pepper powder one by one

  • Add tomato to the masala and cook well ..
