Taleggio and Pear Panini 




Fixings 

(1-pound) chunk ciabatta bread (or 8 cuts nation bread) 

1/4 container olive oil 

8 ounces Taleggio cheddar or brie, cut 

2 huge pears, apples or peaches, cored and cut into 1/4-inch wedges 

2 tablespoons nectar 

Squeeze salt 

Squeeze newly ground dark pepper 

3 ounces arugula or spinach

  • Preheat the panini machine. Cut the ciabatta chunk into 4 break even with pieces. Divide every piece on a level plane to make 4 sandwiches. Brush the bread on both sides with olive oil and place the base portion of the bread cuts in the panini machine in a solitary layer. Heat until brilliant, around 3 to 4 minutes.
