Fig and Blue Cheese Flatbread

Fixings

1 pound pizza mixture

1 half quart crisp figs, cut or cut into quarters

1 little red onion, cut and carmelized

4 ounces blue cheddar, disintegrated

A couple cuts of prosciutto

New oregano

Additional virgin olive oil

A tad bit of cornmeal

Bearings

Preheat your stove to 500 and for best results utilize a pizza stone. Ensure your pizza stone warms up in the warmed stove for no less than 10-15 minutes.

In the case of utilizing locally acquired, let the pizza batter come to room temperature for 20-40 minutes.

Isolate the batter into two pieces and place on a daintily floured counter and cover with a material. Give the mixture a chance to rest for another 20 to 40 minutes.

Shape the batter into ovals, cover and let rest another 10 to 20 minutes.

Roll or press the batter into its last shape, utilizing a fork to dock the pizza mixture. Brush with olive oil, sprinkle cornmeal on a pizza peel and place the pizza onto the peel.

Exchange to the stove and prepare 4-6 minutes until firm and just until it starts to chestnut on the edges.

Expel the pizza from the broiler and top with the carmelized onions (they can be made ahead), figs, and cheddar. Give a light shower of olive oil and complete in the broiler for another 6-8 minutes or until fresh with a rich chestnut covering.

Expel from broiler and tear prosciutto and oregano over the pizza. Serve warm.

Notes

You can utilize a most loved pizza mixture formula or even a pre-made batter. I have better achievement when utilizing a to a great degree hot stove and a pizza stone and peel, they're worth having close by.
