Sweet Potato Hash Browns 

1 ½ pounds sweet potato, peeled, destroyed 

1 container hacked onion 

4 teaspoons additional virgin olive oil, partitioned 

Blend sweet potatoes and onions in a substantial dish. Heat 2 teaspoons olive oil over medium-low to medium warmth in an extensive skillet. Include about portion of the sweet potatoes and onions, and mix to coat. Press with a spatula to straighten. Cook around 7-8 minutes; don't blend. Flip, and cook another 3-5 minutes. Expel from skillet, and put aside. Rehash to cook remaining vegetables. Whenever done, consolidate the two groups in the skillet. Cook another 2-3 minutes, mixing once in a while. Serve quickly.

Yield: 8 servings (serving size: about ½ glass)

Formula Notes 

To shred potatoes, it's best to utilize a nourishment processor (destroying circle connection), despite the fact that you can do it by hand.

Variety: Use a mix of sweet potatoes and Yukon Gold or chestnut potatoes.
