Chipotle Black Bean Burgers
1 (15-ounce) can dark beans, flushed and depleted
1 glass crushed cooked sweet potatoes (around 1 expansive sweet potato, peeled)
¼ glass oat flour (see Recipe Notes) or chestnut rice flour
½ tablespoon dried parsley
¼ teaspoon chipotle chile pepper flavoring
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preheat broiler to cook setting. With a potato masher or fork, crush dark beans in a huge dish, leaving about ¼ of the beans entirety. Blend in sweet potatoes, oat flour, parsley, chipotle chile pepper flavoring, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Scoop out 1/3 measure of bean blend, and place on a 11 x 17-inch heating sheet that has been rubbed with olive oil. Level and shape into a circle with spatula. Rehash with the remaining bean blend to make 6 burgers.
Cook 4 inches from warmth around 7-8 minutes or until brilliant cocoa. Flip burgers painstakingly with spatula. Cook 2-3 more minutes, and serve.

Make your own oat flour by putting antiquated moved oats in a nourishment processor or blender and procedure until fine (1 container out-dated oats will yield around 3/4 glass ground
