Ingredients

For The Pizza Base

2 containers plain flour (maida)

2 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp moment yeast

For Pizza Topping

1 cut capsicum

2 cut infant corn

1/2 glass pizza sauce

1/2 glass ground mozzrella cheddar

1/2 tsp dried blended herbs

For the pizza base

Sifter the plain flour and include a dish.

Include the yeast, olive oil, salt and sugar, blend all fixings well and include enough tepid water and massage the flour.

Ply the batter for 5-7 minutes until it turns out to be delicate. Oil a dish and spot batter in it for 2 hours with the goal that it gets matured well.

Batter for making pizza is prepared.

The most effective method to rpoceed

Take half measure of pizza batter and make a round ball.

With help of dry plain flour, move into ½ cm thick chapatti with a width of 10-12 inch.

Preheat a skillet or tawa, place the moved pizza base and spread it and cook for 2 minutes or until the lower side gets minimal cocoa.

Flip it up side down and decrease the fire to least. Firstly layer pizza sauce and after that place capsicum and infant corn on the pizza.

Sprinkle mozzarella cheddar also.

Spread pizza and cook for 5-6 minutes on medium fire until the cheddar gets dissolved and the lower side gets minimal chestnut.
