Fixing LIST: 

2 green (crude) rock lobster tails

1 tbspn great olive oil

2 tbspn naturally pulverized garlic

1 tbspn naturally pulverized dark peppercorns (mortar and pestle)

2 tbspns Oyster sauce

2 slashed spring onions or shallots

Lemon juice

2 tbspns naturally hacked parsley

Technique: 

Pre-heat wok with oil and sear the garlic over medium warmth til brilliant.

Include the naturally pulverized dark peppercorns, and cook for 1 moment to discharge flavor.

Include clam sauce, shallots and pieces of lobster meat expelled from the shell.

Sear and hurl constantly through sauce til cooked.

Include a liberal crush of new lemon juice and parsley toward the end.

Present with steamed rice, noodles or Asian greens.
