Fixings: 

Without moving rice(parboiled rice) 2 glasses

Rice pieces/aval/poha 1/4 glass

Acrid margarine milk 3 – 4 containers

Cooking soda 1/4 tsp

Oil & salt As required

System: 

Drench washed rice and aval together in buttermilk overnight.

Morning,drain the overabundance buttermilk if any and drudgery to a smooth player like our still dosa batter(bit watery than that)

Blend salt(I included 2 tsp) and cooking pop and blend well.

Heat the tawa (I utilized a nonstick one) and pour a scoop brimming with player and sprinkle oil and don't spread the batter,cook secured in medium fire for a moment.

Presently super delicate springy dosa is prepared to appreciate!

Notes: 

No gaps shaped in the dosa? Check the consistency of the batter,too thick hitter or even too thin player wont give you permeable dosa. Have a go at including all the more cooking pop and blend well and attempt once more cooking soda and mix well and try again.
