Fixings 

1 Raj kachori wicker bin

2 Tbsp sweetened yogurt

1 Tbsp tamarind chutney

For the filling: 

100 gm bubbled potatoes

100 gm grows

1 dahi bhalla

4 papris

50 gm bubbled chick peas

Few tsp of pomegranate bhujia and ginger juliennes

For the flavoring: 

A squeeze of yellow bean stew

Dark pepper

Salt

Fill the raj kachori wicker bin with papri, dahi bhalla, bubbled chick peas, sprouts, pomegranates, bhujia and ginger.

Sprinkle flavoring.

Pour tamarind chutney, coriander chutney and yogurt over it.

Trim with pomegranates and serve.
