Fixings 

Chicken – 400 gms

Thich yogurt/curd– 1 tbsp

Ginger garlic glue – 1 tsp

Turmeric powder/Manjal thool – 1/2 tsp

Bean stew powder/Milagai thool – 1 tsp

Corriander powder/Dhaniya thool – 1 tsp

Fennelseeds powder/Sombu thool – 1/4 tsp

Garam masala powder – 1/2 tsp

Universally handy flour/Maida – 1tsp

Corn flour – 1 tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Salt to taste

Oil for singing

Take all the above fixings aside from chicken and oil and blend it to a fine glue ( I utilized blender to blend it equally you can do with hands too,no need of including water as the dampness from curd and lemon juice is sufficient ).

Apply the masala over the chicken and put it aside for 5 mins.

Warmth oil in a dish and sear the chicken pieces in clumps until both sides are cooked and turn brilliant cocoa.

Serve it in a plate with lemon wedges.Enjoy it as a starter or a backup to any rice.
