Fixings 

150 gm crude rice

250 - 300 gm jaggery

25 - 50 gm poppy seeds (discretionary)

1 major coconut, finely ground

A squeeze cardamom, finely powdered

Raisins, for decorating

Technique

Douse rice and poppy seeds independently in water for around 3 hours.

Grind them alongside crisply ground coconut adding water to make a fine glue.

Blend with obliged amount of water to get the fancied consistency.

Verify its not very weakened. place this on the stove. Continue mixing precisely on medium fire until the blend begins thickening.

Include jaggery and verify it breaks up totally in the blend. Continue mixing until the blend is of the right consistency like a porridge neither too thick nor too thin.

Sprinkle some finely powdered cardamom for flavor.

Trim with raisins and serve.
